Easy process. Agreed on price and dropped it off. They had. People that would pick it up but they were busier than expected so we were not able to wait for pickup. The entire process was very easy, highly recommended if you need to dispose of a vehicle.
Had to get my vehicle moved from my son's house. Called and was offered a fair price and free pick up. Had several follow up calls and texts while I was waiting for my son to move his stuff out of the way. When I was ready the had the wrecker driver call to make arrangements. Traded a clear title for a check in the amount agreed upon. Sahar was very helpful with the entire process!
I dropped off a vehicle, called in advance and made an appointment, Noone was around when I got there, Noone would answer a phone call, there were multiple people there trying to get to their vehicles, I finally left and sent a text message with details about the vehicle I dropped off.

Make a free, single paragraph ad with 4-5 current pictures and describe what you're hoping to accomplish. You will be surprised what kind of interest you might get. And in most cases selling a car to another individual is even less headache than dealing with these types of services who will want you to take 20 photos of the car, photos of the title, your driver's license and current insurance and registration. However, If youre interested in being ripped off this is the right place.
