Prices reasonable. Love that they Pay cash. Only negative -Kinda need more room between dumping area / scales , when busy with big line it makes kinda difficult.

My truck broke down on the way to work, in very cold temps. Called an officer who called Glen's. Within minutes the tow truck arrived. That was 7 am. By 9 am they called with the diagnosis. By 11 am my truck was fully repaired. Their driver was very polite and professional. The people in the office were also very professional. I was charged a very fair fee, and I would recommend this business to anyone. They have my future business.

Great service from the first phone call. 300 bucks for a car that set in my driveway for over a year. Can't beat that!! The tow truck driver Stacey was punctual and honest. Called me 5 minutes after speaking to the company to give me a time he would be there. Then he called me 10 minutes before he arrived. Could not say anything bad about the company! If you have these questions. Here they are saves you from calling them and they telling you abruptly over the phone they can't take your junk car. Do I need a title to junk it? Yes Do I have to be the owner of the car even if I have title? Yes I was trying to junk a car that my uncle left when he moved to a new country and he parked it in my yard abandoned for over 5 years now and I just don't know how to get rid of it I don't even really care if I get some money or 5 dollars to get rid of it. I just want it gone and this company didn't want to.

Tried calling other places and never got calls back. Called Tammy's and immediately got a pick up time and withing 2 hours someone came and got my car and gave me the money! And more than the other places quoted me too! The lady that took my call and the driver were both friendly too. Great all around experience.

Only cause you have to give a star to review. I ordered from here because of the mechanic I was working with. The transmission didn't even work when installed. They sent another one after a ton of mix ups and way more fun(sarcasm) than necessary. I got another mechanic to try and install the second one they sent. When the mechanic tried to install he discovered it was cracked. They then tried to claim the mechanic dropped the transmission. Luckly the mechanic had video recordings of the shop and shared them with me and the guys at I-80. Who then came up with a brilliant(sarcasm) plan to swap out the cases of the transmission. The mechanic didn't specialize in this so after reaching out to mechanics that did I ran into one that had had this same issue with I-80 who made it clear to me to get my money back. I was informed that I-80 refuses to refund when they know they can't provide adequate parts then hope you get frustrated and move on. That shop recommended what he had to do which was initiate a chargeback. I'm doing that now and will take legal action if need be. But this is not a place to get parts. I've been buying used parts for years and have never been swindled like this before. Don't shop here for large crucial car parts.

Most ridiculous place I've ever been to! I called 8 times no answer. I called and got the owner to complain he didn't even get an answer! Sold me a bad tire and would not refund me. I asked him 3 times and the guy probably did not understand me but he told me it's okay. It was horrible customer service. Never had this happened before.
