Affordable towing has a impound lot joined to this business!! They are running a scam with all there fees and ridiculous prices!! Affordable Towing needs to be reported to the B,B,B!!

Needed a part I couldn't find anywhere. The dealership wouldn't sell me the part alone and they requested $200 for a diagnostic and $2k to repair the part. I found Veldman's online, gave them a call and they were able to work with me and get the part shipped to me all the way up to Canada! Great customer service and communication. Got the part quickly and was able to fix my car myself saving me over $1800. Thanks again guys

Don't waste your time , zero inventory. They tell you yes they have the part when you call then send you on a scavenger hunt with nothing at all . They don't track any parts so they have zero idea what they have on hand but always say yea sure come waste your time wandering around our yard that isn't organized at all

It's a fine wheel. It will do the job no doubt about it. The website I don't understand too much. Looked up the part. It shows availability or atleast that's what I'm thinking.. Its got pictures and dates of the vehicle. Pretty detailed..shows the vehicle it comes off of..lots of stuff. I'm thinking they have several because it's a long list of 40-50 wheels.. even Seen one for 65. Shoot I must have won the lottery when I came in. They managed to find the only 95 dollar wheel they had for that model. I'm just guessing at that :/ No fuss no muss from me. I just paid it. I need it. If they have a response to this, that defends the scenario. Only comment I could say to that is. I would too. lie I mean or deflect. Update the info. That is already updated :) Someone driving from out of town. For a part they only looked up and/or called about it's availability to be changed when they arrive. I'm sure it's not a simple mistake. U know why??? Because it involves money..

Pretty good junkyard. The selection is reasonable enough to give you a number of options. Pretty solid prices, as well. They have wheelbarrows to carry your tools and parts. However, you will never be able to use one of their wheelbarrows. They're always out every time I go. Because of this I recommend you bring only the minimum tools you may need as well as a buddy to help you carry out what you find. Update to owner: keep pulling in the vehicles I need and I'll stick with you!

Very knowledgeable young lady. Had seat I needed, just weren't able to test it as it's electrical, even sent all the switches. Hopefully it'll all works then problem solved. If not they have a 90 day guarantee.. Fast service too.

Tim is very friendly and helpful. His shop is clean and inviting. He has always took care of all his customers. Ralph is very friendly and helpful he works hard and gets the parts you need in a timely manner. I will definitely be returning and sending people thier way. They definitely make you feel welcome and will help you get the parts you need. I am not sure the guys name who works up front with the long hair but he is very professional and does try his best to get things done and help. He also does a good job keeping things organized.

I am very happy that NAR an engine I needed for a customer here in Fort Wayne. It was a 3 hour drive but it was worth it. The engine was in great shape with only 83,000 miles on it and it looked as though it had been cleaned up when it was pulled. I truly appreciate that the main wire harness and the pigtails were all intact and in great condition. The engine was loaded into the shop truck by a very nice NAR employee who assisted with getting it secured for the 3 hour trip home. I have never seen a better maintained, clean, organized and professional salvage yard in my life! My only complaint is that I wish they were closer to me! Thanks NAR!
