Called and spoke to Alex about junking my 2000 malibu after my mechanic informed me that my head gasket was blown on the car. Besides that the back fender was dented completely in and the trunk wouldn't open , amongst other things. He gave me a great deal with towing included for my bucket. He was prompt and very courteous. I recommend this company to any one that needs to get rid of their junk vehicle!!

I had a 2008 Toyota Prius which had its catalytic converter stolen for the second time in 3 years. Since I didn't want to have it stolen for a third time I decided to sell. I looked online and filled out a number of forms on various websites, got a call back from Cash For Cars, and called back after hearing their message. Lukas Kutka picked up and already knew my name and the car model. I described all the damage on the car, got a fair price minutes later, and agreed to sell. Each of the 4 people I talked to, from Lukas to the driver who came to pick up the car, were down to earth and courteous. I first called Saturday morning and by this morning Monday, the car was picked up and the check deposited through my phone and it already cleared. This had to be the smoothest no-nonsense transaction I have ever had with any company. Like anyone else I was wary and unsure of what to expect. I'm hear to help you lay your doubts to rest. An amazingly easy process once you make that decision to get rid of a junk vehicle. Even though our Suburban still ran and was mechanically sound it was going to take too much time and money to bring it back to a safe and aesthetically nice vehicle. I have no place to stay and work on it and no resources at this time. so I contacted Cash for Cars. they called back within an hour and said they would pick it up in an hr with cash in hand. they were running behind but kept us updated on ETA. Robert, the tow truck driver was informative and made it easy. I'd definitely recommend if you need to get rid of a car fast and legal. I only docked the stars because the payout was on the low side and the driver didn't have change so we gave up another $15. I would recommend getting a couple offers as well ...
