Great experience! Everyone was very kind and helpful. Very easy process. Customer service was very helpful, patient and accommodating. My tow truck driver was amazing! He went above and beyond to help get my car out of a parking spot that was blocked by two cars he pushed it out for me so it could be towed. So thankful he did that so I wouldn’t have to reschedule a pick up! Great job all the way around. Thank you!!!

I don't know who answer the phone probably the manager / owner type person..BUT every time I said something he'd repeat it, 5 times ?? Doesn't know how to speak English or or HE graduated from parrot Academy with honors ?? Then I was trying to ask him a question and he hung up on me ..lol...pretty rude for service, what do you expect from a junkyard /// junkyard treatment, buyer *beware !!!

Pretty good visit this time. LKQ as a whole is not on my favorite list every since they've gotten rid of their rewards program (literally overnight) and increased their prices across the board at all locations.🤬 Lines aren't long here. This is one of the smaller yards so if you see something you want here don't wait too long...especially if it is higher end or rare vehicle. Don't forget to get the stock number or they won't let you check out now. You can find it online though, but you have to look at the vehicle on that specific location's site.

Akash was super friendly, patient, and helpful! He was evenntually able to get me a bit more money than my original online quote. Might not sound like much, but in this economy every penny counts! I appreciate the service,, and even the tow truck driver was punctual, friendly and handled everything super professionally. Would definitely recommend!!

I couldn't have been to a worse place. After repeatedly being hung up, by the automated system they have when you call, I decided to go out there, because in the photo the car was complete and had all the parts that I needed. When I got there and found the car it was completely stripped. Talk about a huge waste of time.
