Narsing was extremely helpful and straight forward. He walked me through the whole process. The experience was honest and straight forward. Everyone from Narsing to Jessie the tow truck driver was kind and professional.

Called and waited on hold 3 times for over 10mins each time. Each time someone answered I told them what I needed and they would say “hold on” then place me back on hold. The last time the person just hung up on me after I told him what I wanted. If this is how they treat customers I would advise just to move on to the next number you’re about to call.

They are very to the point, I needed a front diff, they let me look at in while it was on the truck, I told them I'd take it, and they had it out by the next morning (keep in mind I came in right before closing the previous day). Even though there was a core charge, they didn't charge me for it and trusted I would bring it in, and gave me a CV axle for free. Very reasonable prices, speedy service, and polite. Will recommend to friends and family who need parts.
