From dispatch to driver everyone was professional and made the transaction as smooth as possible. We discussed the price, and up on arrival the driver wrote the check out as promised. He took pictures of the exterior of the vehicle before loading it on the flatbed. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends and family.

After reading the reviews, I was nervous about using this company. However, the process was extremely smooth from the quote to meeting the tow truck to transfer title and receipt of payment. We live 7hrs from where our car was considered total. The tow truck company called us several times to check our ETA. Nothing but professionalism! Would definitely recommend!

Then confirm with another ( still no stress) and then lastly spoke to Kim, who calm my final stress level when she scheduled the car pick up.
