A very painless process with fantastic results. I received a price much higher than any other vendor for the 2 vehicles I "recycled". All customer service representatives were extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company for recycling your vehicle.
I was finally ready to part with my broken down old Nissan Xterra when I contacted Cash For Cars. Angela contacted me immediately and talked me through the process. I was given a quote on the value of my car which I thought was fair. After doing what I had to do with my local notary (which was also super simple), Angela made arrangements for a tow truck to come get my vehicle. The tow truck driver was pleasant, wrote me a check, and I was free from my jalopy. The hardest part was taking my license plate off! If you've got a clunker in your life, call Cash For Cars.
Managed to get my car junked after trying hard with a different company. This was a good experience. Aleena was excellent in terms of understanding my needs.

I submitted my info for a quote, and multiple towing companies offered to come pick up my car. One place promised me they would come the next day by 12pm, but never came. The second place promised to come the following day, but they never came either. I missed two consecutive days of work for nothing. Then both companies called me 6 days later. Never again

After 263,000 miles, I think my 2007 Ford sedan was happy to be headed back to PA to rest in peace or in pieces. My truck was driving erratic, I thought it was the fuel filter. I called Chester and he agreed to replace the filter. 1 day later guy charges me $800 for spark plugs, wires, fuel filter and diagnostics none of which I agreed to I said I only need a fuel filter. He never had me sign a consent form to work on my truck and left myself and father at his shop for 8 hrs in the hot sun while he continously left for unexplained reasons. I have NEVER been so blatantly ripped off in my life. Do not bring our vehicle here.
