Hands Down Best Customer service I have received. My vehicle was Stolen and found Dismantled down to its shell, No tow company wanted to take the car and were making it very hard to get the help needed Even when I told them I dint want any funds because I knew the condition the car was in, I just wanted the car removed from the Area were it was Found . I contact this guy's and with no hesitation they offered to go see the car and get me all the help I needed they were very Helpful ,Informative and professional. I called and spoke w/ Oscar who helped me tow away a junk car from my property that a hoarder tenant left behind. He was professional prompt and reliable. He kept me up to date with the status of the driver who picked up the car. I would definitely recommend this place and do business again with them, thank you again Oscar!
They did take out a badly my crashed car out of a 6 Ft height ceiling garage which although some other junk car dealers were offering me more than double of what this company bought my car for, but no other dealer was able to take my car out of such a low height ceiling. Alex the two truck driver couldn't speak English, but was very courteous, polite, smart and patient.
Fast and reliable. I called at 8:11 am in the morning and a real person answered the phone and quoted me on the spot. They sent someone out who completed the proper DMV forms and I was paid what I was quoted on phone. They took approximately an hour to get to my location and the whole transaction took approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company!
