Customer service was very helpful and pro-active. They got my car and gave me a check less than 24 hours after my call. Towed it for free and I live over 70 miles away! Everything went great until I repeat until I was left with a check that I wasn’t able to cash the same day. I received the check. No one bothered to tell me there was just gonna be a 2 to 3 day. Hold on the check. There was not a two or three day hold on me, giving up the car after you receive the title and I did not appreciate that. That was poor customer service. Someone should’ve told me from the beginning that the check I would be receiving would not be able to be cashed until two or three days afterwards because I definitely would have not done the business with this company. If I gave up the car, I expect to be paid on site . Would not recommend them to somebody else.
