Called in advance to confirm they had the part that they showed online. They said yep we’ve got it come on in. Drove 50 min immediately after call ended to go pick up part. I arrive and they don’t have it. Unless you live next door I wouldn’t even mess with that place. They will waste your time and money and not think twice about actually checking for the part you’re wanting. I feel they don’t even check unless you walk in the door.

They were at my home in less than two hours, made an on the spot fair offer, and towed my old car away after title sign over. Easy fast and fair, I'd recommend them to anyone in the Toledo area

One thing I like most is that the agree upon price was upheld, there was no salesman pitch once transaction was made. I’ve already referred more to A1 Junk Cars and it’s always satisfying when dealing with a business that makes you feel like both sides WIN

By 11 am my truck was fully repaired. Their driver was very polite and professional. The people in the office were also very professional. I was charged a very fair fee, and I would recommend this business to anyone. They have my future business.
