Awesome staff!! I went to eastern automotive to pick up a car door for my Veloster. The guy at the register was very polite. They even took the door off the car, didn’t have to pick and pull! The two gentlemen who helped get the car door in my trunk were very friendly, funny and overall put the cherry on top for the whole experience. God bless you all and thanks for your help!! They even let me check out the car they took the door off of. Very cool. I live about an hour away from the establishment. Definitely worth the drive. I got the new door on my car and it’s basically in new condition! I will be coming back here for more parts. Outstanding atmosphere, did not expect this. Awesome job guys.

The food lion all your basic everyday needs. They are not a discount store but I like the hometown feel. There are a wide variety of products from fruit to picnic items. The folks are very nice and they keep the store clean and well stocked.

After arriving at the office, I asked price of part I needed and rep. said the more you find, the cheaper it will be. I also asked location of model I was looking for and rep. said "go to the big tree and take a left" I go there and turn left and couldn't find the section. I had to call office a few times to find the section. Rows aren't marked with numbers making it very difficult to find cars. I found car and the part I needed was laying loose inside the car and took it to the office and asked how much and rep. said $25, and I said I didn't want it (because it was too much) and rep. asked "how much did you expect to pay?" I said I purchased the other side panel at another yard for $8, and then rep. rudely told me "go put it back in the car"!!!! During the many years I've pulled parts from salvage yards, I've never been told to put a part back. I wasn't about to walk back the long distance to put it back so I set it outside and left. Prices 2 to 3 times higher than other salvage yards!!!!

I’ve only picked up parts from here a few times. Efficient and easily accessible. Front counter staff helpful in making the process happen as quickly as possible. The guys having to do the yard and parts removal could use a couple snicker bars.
