And when I explained it to them; they realized their mistake and offered me a full refund with no obligation to ship it back to them. I came here to buy parts and tires at 3:52 pm and one female employee told me that they are CLOSED when the store hours stated 4 pm. The employees don’t like their job and wanted to go home early. She told me they are closed at 3:30 pm. I been here many times after 3:30 pm. I am very upset at the employees for closing early and lie to me.I wasted gas to drive here from 30 minutes away and to go home empty handed. I wish these employees get fired.

Bought an engine from this company and paid $4,000 to have it installed. The engine was shot, it pulled 7 error codes after install and the mechanics said they can tell it was rebuilt. I reached out to Car Part Solutions and they informed me parts are covered under warranty not labor. So my two options were to spend another 4k on another engine install or lose the 8k I had already put into purchasing the engine and the original install. Update to original post - I have attached pictures of the provided engine. The engine was purchased on Ebay under my fathers name. Update 3/29/23 - I got in touch with them yesterday and understand that mistakes can be made. Unfortunately this mistake cost their customer thousands of dollars. This is an accurate review as I stated they did send me a replacement motor but the issue still stands; I invested a large some of money in an engine that was rebuilt and broken.
