Let me start by saying the customer service was beyond awesome! Chris was very professional and an all around pleasure to deal with! It had been a struggle to find a rear end for a 2016 Cherokee and other local salvage yards said there were none around! One call to fenix and I was able to pick it up the next day! I order a rear bumper assembly and they called me for pick up and I asked them before i lshow up if it’s in good condition and they said yes and after driving almost 2 hours I find out the bumper it has a scratches and it’s broken. this is unprofessional work.

Dude said he’d buy my junk car and then I pulled up and he changed his mind. He said he only needed the engine block and transmission and then said he needed all new parts. Waste of time.

I highly recommend Bow Auto Parts if you’re looking for parts that are the highest quality. But just as important is the personal attention the sales people give you with their professional knowledge and follow through. I worked with Eric who specializes in Lexus equipment. He stayed in contact with me through texting and with phone conversations so he knew exactly what to order for my vehicle. Then he was able to get me an upgrade for a little bit more, the part arrived a day earlier than expected making it a smooth transition for installation. If there were more than 5 stars I would give them. Overall I’m giving Bow Auto Parts an A+ rating.
