Was looking for a new rim for my car, called in the morning and was immediately greeted by a friendly voice. Kind gentleman took my name and vehicle information down and notified me once my auto part was in the shop. Very fast same day service! Came in to pick it up and again was greeted by friendly staff at the front counter. This has to be one of the easiest, fastest and best experiences I’ve had when searching for auto parts. Ill give yall 3 stars cuz usually your nice to me and help me out. But i would recommend better customer service. But if this was any other time id give yall 5 stars but this really just ruined my experience here. Just hope yall arent like this all the time. Cuz i really dont know if ill be coming back after i get what i need. And i really loved this place been coming here since high school and would like to continue just skeptical now.

They have no fixed price. One manager gives one price when you take off the part other manager will give you another price. I have been here a few times and all the time the same story. The last time I tried to buy tires, the first manager gave me $ 30 each, then anoder one gave $35+$5. We are trying to save money going to them, but eventually, we are paying more and getting terrible customer service.
