Broke a hatch glass on Sunday. Went to Craigslist and noticed Grimes posted the vehicle that I have with parts available. Great images. Went to their website and found a couple of vehicles and the parts I needed. Called first thing Monday spoke to Joe he said we've got it all I need is payment to pull the part. Drove down there pick up the part. I installed it within 24 hours of the glass break. Great experience

All you need to do is to give her a call and she will do her best to make sure you get the right part for your car. leila will always give you a call when the order is ready.
I wouldn’t even give it a star. The person attending the calls tried to charge me more than what their system says and told me if I took out the part MYSELF he can leave it for the price as the system already had. Our customer gave wrong part information and now I can’t return it without getting charge extra and couldn’t get a receipt without getting charged extra as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Awesome customer service, Good Price and reliable. This is my first time at this location which to begin they had the better price for the vehicle part I was looking for out of 5 locations I had contacted. Now I was not to knowledgeable on the mechanisms and time it takes to replace the part I had just purchased. However thanks to the personal both in the front and the employees in the back that assisted in pulling the part I am glad to write this review for them and will recommend. *As being my first time there that's the reason I couldn't do 5. Seems like they are more worried about themselves than helping the customer. Not my fault others try to get one over on em. We shouldn't fall under a tweekers umbrella. Nor should we be treated as such
