Within an hour of calling to ask for an estimate, the wrecker was arriving to pick up the car. They also offered more than other companies in the area. Definitely a good experience with great service.
They picked my car up on the same day and also gave me more than the other 4 places I called offered me. They were so easy to deal with. All the way to the driver he was so nice. Great service! Called, they gave me a quote that was better than expected for my son's old, hadn't run in months, Civic. Came out the next day, handed me cash and hauled it away. Tow truck driver was courteous, timely (called twice to let me know when he'd arrive) and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.
Got everything around hit directions on maps took me to the owner instead of yard 3 rd time it's happened he said...can't you change it? Asked him what time scales closed 430 he said 30 min from his house 5.19 a gallon almost there finally get an answer and I'm told we close them at 4 take it up with Google...519 a gallon was at the owners but we couldn't of worked something out..smh and I was excited to see what u guys was all about and I see it's not the customer!!!
My husband and his grandpa went to take back copper. Price on the window said 2 something for one type and 3 something for the other and yet the old man only got a dollar per pound. Unfortunately he didn't notice until he got home. Was pretty disappointed.

When I called they said they would give me 300 for my car. They did not ask about the condition or about Cadillac converter or aluminum rims. They didn't ask any questions just said 300 for sure and that the price wouldn't change when they got here. They got here claimed that I don't have a Cadillac converter and dropped the price to 200. They are very dishonest. I don't recommend these guys. Plus i waited for allmost 3 hours for them to get here.
