Called in advance to confirm they had the part that they showed online. They said yep we’ve got it come on in. Drove 50 min immediately after call ended to go pick up part. I arrive and they don’t have it. Unless you live next door I wouldn’t even mess with that place. They will waste your time and money and not think twice about actually checking for the part you’re wanting. I feel they don’t even check unless you walk in the door.

I had the misfortune of my car breaking down very late night in Chillicothe. "Jim" responded to my Insurance carrier's page, and he arrived at my location within an hour. My car was loaded, and we began the long ride back to Kettering. Along the way, Jim and I engaged in pleasant conversation to pass the time.
