A good place to take your junk, but what you get for after all the hard work, is not worth it

Absolutely unprofessional scheduled to pick my car up at 7:30 and never showed and refused to answer the phone after telling me they will call me back within 15 minutes. If you have an option, please recycle your vehicle with another another company as you will not be treated with respect and or professionalism with Elite. They need change their name to an elite attempt.

Never have what I need ? Prices are high for used parts.

Friendly staff right parts at the right price with a generous warranty. Nice parking right up front too. My parts were ready when I arrived a real big time saver.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Called and asked for a specific part. They give me a part but off the wrong year car. One difference... there was a sway bar tab on the year car I own that was missing. I had someone else go pick it up for me and did not get to see it until the part was at my home. They knew this was the case keep in mind... I go back the next day to try and replace it and they didn’t have it. They then would not refund me. The part was picked and sold to my mother after being very specific about what I needed and they just made a mistake. No biggie but it is ridiculous to not make good on it... they tried to convince me that I should just put it on and not attach the sway bar and after that the thought I would let him weld a tab on there. No way. I don’t trust his judgement and measurements to the precision that they might need to be at. Especially seeing as how he was pissed with me. 0 stars

Rebuilding an older model car. I swear by Lester's. I've only call once and he didn't have the part. That's good knowing I have been coming to him for the last 10yrs.

This place is outstanding, the owner and the workers here are kind hearted and are looking out for you, not taking advantage of you. The owner himself is an honest, reasonable guy and has done some awesome favors for me out of kindness. They go the extra mile and I am a lifetime, and repeat customer!

I was on my way home when my spacer cracked causing my rim to rub my break caliper, thank god it happened in front of Bobby’s, they were able to get me a rim with a tire that looked brand new and held air, and even let me borrow a Jack to get the truck off the ground to get the wheel on! Nice people and good prices, I will definitely be back!

I contacted them to help get rid of a vehicle that was not worth selling by other means. They gave me the best price I could have asked for, and picked it up with cash in hand. They even took care of all the paperwork. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process.
