And when I explained it to them; they realized their mistake and offered me a full refund with no obligation to ship it back to them. Their warranty policy, return policy and customer service are top notch and I would happily do business here again. Thanks again

Terrible and bad customer service, the phone is answered by a really rude person, with no education, if he doesn't like to bring information of his service, products or his business he can close it or they can hire another person who wants to help the customers. Check how many bad reviews that business has for that person, he es extremely rude, if for example you ask to repeat something, he starts to say"ohhh my God". There are many good places around the area where you can buy your parts, but please don't buy here.

I have no real solid opinion because I've never been into the place they close at 5 I won't allow anybody in after 4:30 versus the competitors that closes at 6 being a new company you think they would keep their Gates opened longer

Don't ever waste your time here. Drove 1 hour and half for them to be closed during their normal posted bussiness hours. Absolutely a joke I even message them on Facebook to confirm that they would be open the day I was coming. Wasted my day came there to recycle a whole trailer of aluminum wheels.

Your first time? The guys that work here are so helpful. Very professional and help in anyway they can to find what your looking for. It is a first come first pick off from the vehicle and lots of parts to look for. Unfortunately the car parts I needed got salvaged so fast they came in the day before and when I came in first thing morning it was down to the frame already. Good luck part hunting. Oh and make sure you bring your own tools to remove parts. Also, admission fee to enter as well.
