Annie was terrific, she found all sorts of options, she gave me great feedback based on her experiences and kept me in the loop during the entire buying experience because it wasn’t something they had in stock. I needed the part shipped to another location and Annie handled all of this for me and even followed up with the vendor to give me the tracking number. Much friendlier than my usual west end junkyard. Laid back and pleasant place to find the part you need. Not clean as the Milan place was, RIP, or the Moline airport place, but it's a big yard with good selection. The drive out is really pleasant too, if the wind isn't hitting the water treatment plant...

I at first told them the wrong part, which they pulled and had ready for me, but they had no issue refunding me the money and supplying the part I truly needed. Pretty happy with them. It is better if you sort your load out ahead of time if possible. Took a few minutes to chase down a guy to weigh brass and copper loads after I consolidated the loads on site at the quonset hut. The guys in the yard are decent to work with and the lady in the office was pleasant. Everything seemed reasonably fair in terms of payout.
