ZERO stars. REALLY RUDE attitude. Took me out to view a car. Didn't want to take me back. Cars on website and calling ahead doesn't match what is on the lot. Drove almost 2 hours to get there. Speaking bad about me in their language not knowing I understand what they were saying. More interested in making coffee then customer service. Ladies in the office really polite and nice

I was involved in an accident car is most likely totaled. Eastwood let me get all my belongings out with no issues. I’m going to miss my car. Totally recommend for all needs. Thanks! Rose

Worst experience I ever had at a so called car parts place. The first two salvage yards on Old Gentilly are great. Professional men and they know what's on their yards. Bill's Used Auto Parts Inc. had a young girl with a "Happy Birthday" tiara on her head who didn't know any cars on the yard. She asked for $2 to go find out for myself. I asked one car question afterwards and she told me to go somewhere else. Very uninviting. Horribly trained staff, zero customer service, and obviously a total lack of concern for the business of the community the are located in. This place is a complete joke and a disgrace. A Happy Birthday tiara!!🤣🤣 WOW

I dropped about 5 clean coils, and a couple buckets of brass. It’s been 2 months and I’m still “waiting” on my check. Scrapping just ain’t worth it to me anymore. Throw the stuff in the trash. I’m being 100% serious.

Can’t say enough good about Dino’s Corvette salvage! They provided me with excellent customer service and a great price. My parts arrived, well protected as they took the care to pack them to protect against damage in the travel. Dino will be my #1 choice for my parts. Thanks Dino!

Car was stuck in pearl river WMA. Technician William came to the rescue and was able to pull my car out of the mud. He really knew what he was doing and was very polite. Also got there in a timely manner. Thanks a bunch William!

Nice people but my car had to literally be towed less than 1 mile and I was absolutely overcharged. Hope to never have to get my car towed again but if I do I will find any other local towing company, not this one.
