I purchased a car from Pipes last week. I was expecting a few things that would be needing repair. I knew it was "as is" and "no warranty ". Once my mechanic inspected the car and told me the transmission would need replacing I was completely devastated. Knowing I spent most of the money I saved to buy my daughter her first car I had no idea how I would be able to get the Versa safe and drive able. Deanna reached out to me and reassured me that she would make it right. Her kind heart and understanding of how hard it is these days to raise a child and provide for them. Pipes offered to refund my money and let me return the car. It really does take a village. I cannot express my gratitude to her and Pipes enough. Thank you again! I appreciate you.

I called and was told he would pick up my old flood damaged van at 2PM, At 2 he called to say he was delayed and would arrive at 3.30PM. He hooked on to the van and had a very hard pull from the mud. His winch battery went dead, and he would return later that day. He called and said he had problems and would return in the AM. Next AM he called saying he was on the way. With much difficulty he dragged my old van up on his trailer. Notice, he kept in touch, showed up when he said. That kind of customer care is very rare today. 5stars. Mike Brown

Raisinman for parts is my first choice because he only charges what the part is worth considering condition of parts and if he doesn't have my part he'll give me a good lead. Raisinman will also let me know I've got to bite the bullet and go order a new part. I really appreciate doing business with them.

This place is scamming people out their hard earned money. Brought a part from them and it was the wrong part they gave us. Had to buy it new because they were close for Thanksgiving break. Took it back to get my money back, they told me I had to pay 25% for them to take it back and the error was on their part.

Very helpful. I went in one time to buy a part. Today, 2 weeks later he still remembered me. You don't get that from alot of places.

I wanted to price a used transmission for my truck. They came back with a price of 3,500 dollars, if I remember correctly. That blue my mind, no think you.
