Al was great. He was very professional, prompt and took our car away within a few minutes. He gave us top dollar for our 2002 Dodge Caravan. It was a pleasure meeting him. Called to get info for a junking a vehicle and I'm DISGUSTED by how rude the "gentleman" who answered the phone was. Not at all the way to do business. Called at 3pm during the week and you would have thought I woke him in the dead of night on a weekend. Don't even bother calling this one!

They were super speedy and the whole process took 24 hours from when I submitted my car pictures for quotes to when someone came to pickup my car with the check. They gave me a very reasonable deal for my totaled car and was very responsive and informative during the whole process. I would recommend anyone to sell their totaled cars to them!
Drove all the way up there and was informed by the old lady running the place that it's closed to the public and they use the parts to build their own hot rods now. All I needed was a seat... ANY seat for a project, and she said she had nothing to sell me with a real smug smile on her face after I asked if they still sold parts. I said "I guess I'll cross this one off the list then" to which she replied "I hope you do". Nice way to treat someone trying to spend cash at your 'business'. Real shame as this used to be such an awesome yard. Guess I'll just wait till she's gone and they're scrapping everything to go back.
