Transmission was purchased through dealership (metro auto) service was good when I picked it up but when the shop put it in the vehicle was only good enough to get home took it to another shop and they said the transmission is bad neither the dealership or the provider of the transmission was willing to do anything about it wasted money and time.

From the time I called it was 1.5 hours of rush hour traffic/construction and Joey had driven out to me in Oakland County! He was a kind hearted, hard working, family man. When I called they said they would give me 300 for my car. They did not ask about the condition or about Cadillac converter or aluminum rims. They didn't ask any questions just said 300 for sure and that the price wouldn't change when they got here. They got here claimed that I don't have a Cadillac converter and dropped the price to 200. They are very dishonest. I don't recommend these guys. Plus i waited for allmost 3 hours for them to get here.

My car needed to be junked, unfortunately, but they made the process so easy, it was refreshing. A quick phone call, provided the details, and then arrangements were made for pick-up the next day. They came sooner than the given time frame, but other than that, no complaints! The tow truck driver was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Payment was made out to me on the spot. Just because it's Jack standed with rims, still test it before going beneath because the ground shifts and a lot of times they are not placed properly. Keep in mind the cars that are jacked up are rusting away also.

I get a complete set of brand new (very slightly used) tires for my car and the tires were in awesome condition diction, amazing tread (99%), no sidewall damage or any repairs. Awesome price, got them installed, balanced, and ready to go on my car while there as well. Complete service, very friendly, and easy to work with. Bring cash, as it is a cash only transaction, but 100% legit and very good business. I highly recommend. They even let my dog hang out while they changed the tires. Look for them on Facebook too.
