I order a rear bumper assembly and they called me for pick up and I asked them before i lshow up if it’s in good condition and they said yes and after driving almost 2 hours I find out the bumper it has a scratches and it’s broken. this is unprofessional work.
Good selection of scrap, fair prices, and no-nonsense staff. really sketchy clientele though, so don't show up looking like a complete rube or someone's gonna make a buck off ya
Crashed my car one week and the next it looks like it never happened. Parts were cheap the guys pulled them for me but gave me the chance to do it myself. Very helpful and polite. Thanks again guys your awesome. Definitely going back if I ever need anything.
I highly recommend Bow Auto Parts if you’re looking for parts that are the highest quality. But just as important is the personal attention the sales people give you with their professional knowledge and follow through. I worked with Eric who specializes in Lexus equipment. He stayed in contact with me through texting and with phone conversations so he knew exactly what to order for my vehicle. Then he was able to get me an upgrade for a little bit more, the part arrived a day earlier than expected making it a smooth transition for installation. If there were more than 5 stars I would give them. Overall I’m giving Bow Auto Parts an A+ rating.
Purchased a motorcycle from these kind folks. Robert was with me until the end. Did a fantastic job of explaining everything. The shipper of my bike said the guys were really friendly and had him in and out in no time. Motorcycle was just as described and looked just how it did in their photos on the website. They didn’t have the part I was looking for but graciously called around and found it for me. So friendly and accommodating and the antique collection of cars and gas station relics was like something from a museum. Highly recommend!
