I had a 2006 Mazda3 that I needed to junk because the frame was too badly rotted to be safe to drive, and it was too expensive to fix. I had the hardest time trying to get someone to even respond to my messages, let alone actually see the car Luckily my wife found Pettey! Adam was awesome! He responded very shortly after contacting him, and he was very responsive throughout the transaction. They gave me a very fair price! Adam came by when we were ready and was very kind, respectful and professional. I was very anxious as to how it would go because I can be very awkward at times, which works against me. This was a very smooth transaction, and although my wife and I will miss "big red" (what we called the Mazda), I would use Pettey again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making a painful situation a lot easier for us! We would recommend these guys anytime!

This was a smooth process and I was pleased with what I was paid for a great vehicle with a significant engine issue. The process was transparent and the agent who walked me through everything was experienced and explained everything clearly. I was a bit nervous as I had only found them by Google but everything was super smooth. The local tower also communicated well and arrived when expected with a check and took my car away. Buyer beware. Sold me a car. Kept it for 6 months for repairs … when taken back because tired of waiting they had put 1223 miles on car, and was disgusting inside and damaged on outside

Great guys. Easy to deal with, very pleasant. Had to make a last minute change of date and time as well as location. They rolled with it very easily. They were able to accommodate my last minute change and they were fast, efficient and fair price. I won't say how much but it was over the $450 minimum they say and that was without having to haggle back and forth. I told them what I had, they told me what they would pay...and that was it. Done deal.

What a shame.we just moved here and was looking forward to serving Boyd’s as we definitely had some good business to give them. However the Lack of communication and was told they have vehicles holding a part I needed but it was out back somewhere and they weren’t going to go look for it, turned my head elsewhere. Best of luck aside from my experience I have heard good things.

I'm not from the area but most of the auto scrap yards are total mess this one is so nicely organized for lack of a better word and you can easily access cars open their doors and I found exactly what I was looking for thank you curb boy junkyard!! You rock!!

I called him and he texted back within a half hour. Set up pick up time for next day. He was very polite, professional and likable Showed up on time and took the car off my hands. Done and gone in 20 minutes. Easiest transaction I’ve ever had !!!!
