I wouldn’t even give it a star. The person attending the calls tried to charge me more than what their system says and told me if I took out the part MYSELF he can leave it for the price as the system already had. Our customer gave wrong part information and now I can’t return it without getting charge extra and couldn’t get a receipt without getting charged extra as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Great experience with them. Quoted me a price online I called them sent in pictures honestly not thinking I would get that same price but I did. No hassles about anything literally came and got my car and gave me a check! Great customer service as well, the driver who came and picked my car up was awesome too. It wasn’t an easy pick up and he got it done efficiently. I definitely recommend!

Gave a fair price for a transmission and even went as far as letting me pick one from the yard which they pulled in less than two hours. One of the cleanest yards out there, and I really didn't expect the counter/phone service I received.. superb. The pretty lady at the counter also habla esponol. Bought a part with warranty two days later after pulling every part they have that fits my car had to return my it for a refund there was no more parts left in yard to pull. Would not give me my money back. Now they have the original part and the one I purchased did not offer a resulting. I going to have to file a claim just to get back 30 dollars.
