Bought a used lift kit for my cord truck, this company was very helpful and even shipped it to Mississippi for me. They always had quick solutions and fast responses for my problems and were very honest, also uprfront!

Bad place for a shop to do business with and very dishonest people. They sold me a bad engine that was knocking and bearing material in the oil after only idle time that could have been obvious when they drained the fluids. After returning the bad engine under warranty they returned my core back all damaged because they did not use a chain to pick up the engine with care using the fork lift. My customer needed some parts off the core they damaged to use on a reman. After contacting them about the damages with photos as proof they took no responsibility nor offered to swap parts from the bad engine I returned undamaged. Then they brought up labor warranty after the fact and I had already asked for warranty options fees via email prior to purchase but to only be offered parts warranty because I was not specific about what warranty I was inquiring about. Apparently if you ask "what other warranty for an extra fee they offer" is not clear enough to these people, very bad business period.

I order from Jimmy all the time and he is the best vendor I have. He is really quick to solve any issues on my parts, He is 100% recommended. Fenix is the best to order all your parts from.

I called this place for a price on a Front Differential. I was told $300 over the phone and that the vehicle was at their yard already so all I had to do was pay for it and they would have it within a couple of hours. When paying for it the person who told me $300 was arguing with I assume his boss about him pricing it so low. I left and got a call from them an hour later 3/4pm stating that the part was cracked and the best thing they could do is order it for $700. They stated it would take 2 days. I ordered as I desperately needed the part. He called the next morning saying it was there. I have bought multiple parts from this place that have needed to be ordered and they always have a tag and are wiped clean. This part did not and was extremely greasy as if it was just pulled. I believe they sold me the same part they had in stock already and raised the price. I don’t believe these people are honest or honorable.

I have been using Salvage King for over 10 years. They have excellent prices. The elders of the business are always willing to help and if there is a problem with a part, which i have had, they will make it right.

I normally don’t do reviews, whether I had a good experience or a bad experience, but Mike at A-1 Toyota salvage, is the most genuine honest and professional owner I’ve ever encountered. Obviously a business exists to make money, but he puts character and compassion before profit. I definitely recommend. Not only do they sell quality used parts, but they also diagnose and fix vehicles as well if needed. Thanks again Mike!

I bought a transmission from this company and had it installed in my car. After it was installed my mechanic informed me that it was a faulty transmission they had sold me. Even though they told me it was tested to work. So I had to pay him to uninstall it so I could return it for a refund. I found a better transmission on eBay with less miles and it was half the price. This company cost me a $1000 and they are way over-priced on their parts. I will never do business with them again.

We recently purchased an engine for our 2008 Ford Expedition. They were very helpful and kind. The price was right and when needed questions answered they called us back and were very friendly and very helpful. My wife had went while I had a heart issue to purchase did all the inquiries and as a husband I was worried. However they put my worries to rest by being helpful honest and kind. The business is straight forward, direct and friendly... great place to do business... although when shopping for anything electrical, it's best to buy brand new... they don't check items in your presence to assure you that they work but... in all fairness, they are true to their policy..

Bought a rear windshield from them a while back and the guy used a torch to basically melt it off the truck. When I go to have it put on they say they can’t use it because it will leak because he melted it. I called them and naturally they refused to do anything about it. Do not recommend.
