Yes Do I have to be the owner of the car even if I have title? Yes I was trying to junk a car that my uncle left when he moved to a new country and he parked it in my yard abandoned for over 5 years now and I just don't know how to get rid of it I don't even really care if I get some money or 5 dollars to get rid of it.
