I've called on many occasions but never seem to have any Mazda, VW, AUDI or Mercedes parts so if looking for any of these look else where. Staff seems snooty and rude, almost like they are better then you.

Junk yards are wonderful places to gather parts that fill a need, but need not be brand new. The saving on used parts alone make these places special...
Tire blew out 100 miles from Home while in the area for work with no spare. Luckily it happened right next to Paul’s. The girl behind the counter (forgot to get your name sorry!) sprang into action and found me a quick inexpensive solution and got me back on the road quickly. A+ customer service, love to see it!

I highly recommend Bow Auto Parts if you’re looking for parts that are the highest quality. But just as important is the personal attention the sales people give you with their professional knowledge and follow through. I worked with Eric who specializes in Lexus equipment. He stayed in contact with me through texting and with phone conversations so he knew exactly what to order for my vehicle. Then he was able to get me an upgrade for a little bit more, the part arrived a day earlier than expected making it a smooth transition for installation.
