If you need parts and want great, personable customer service, give Pete’s Auto a call. I was in a tight spot financially and needed 2 doors for my GTI. When I called and they found matching paint color doors in excellent shape that were down south. Pete’s just required a small down payment/deposit to get the parts ordered and shipped, so unplanned I decided to place the order on the spot. They arrived within a week but life happened and my parts proceeded to wait at the shop far past the original pickup deadline; by weeks. I communicated with my sales rep Dan throughout the process and he was very understanding and willing to work with me to avoid shipping the parts back. Not only did he allow me to make a 2nd deposit to buy some more time while I saved up to pay the balance, but also shaved a few dollars off to make it a nice round # so I could get them picked up that much quicker due to my unique situation. When I finally picked up the parts that experience was just as friendly as the rest. As I was a first time customer with Pete’s I can’t say enough about how my situation was handled and the quality of the parts that were shipped up here from down south. I will be happily returning in the future for specialty ordered parts. Thank you Dan! :)

Had a great experience buying several parts here after having the motor in my truck swapped. Picking them up was a bit less so. 1 of the younger guys in the back was unnecessarily extremely rude. Only thing that could've been better I. The purchasing process would be if I go out in the yard to look at a trick or 2.

I was a Bit nervous at first as they were very hard to get a hold of on the phone or though E Bay messages, But I must say the items were delivered on time and they were in the shape that Jordan and the eBay add said they were. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely do business with them in the future. Items were well wrapped. 4 star is because of communication otherwise this would be a 5 star all day. I still need to check rims for straightness but I see no reason they won't be. Thanks again guys.

I bought a door for a 01 grand am that needed to be replaced. I called in the morning and was told that It would be ready in the afternoon. When I called at 2:30pm I was told it would be done in a out an hour. 4:30pm I stop up there and find out they pulled the wrong side of the car. ( I needed drivers side and they pulled passenger side. They then ho out and get the correct door. The next day I call and ask them if I could return the door since the guy I was replacing it for no longer wanted to go this route and I was told that even though they have a return policy on the receipt( minus a 20% restocking fee) they "did alot for me and wouldn't take the door back". This is the last time I'll do buisness with this place. Good luck a d God bless you if you do.

Above and Beyond: all the other salvage yards I called were no help over the phone. They told me I would have to come and see if they had the wheel I was looking for! When I called Erin, he said he would search his inventory and call me back. He found the exact wheel I needed, inspected it, cleaned it up, and he is even going to change my tire for me right there at the shop! His price was a little higher than the other yards, but it's completely worth it for his excellent professional service.
