My Experience Here Was Nothing Short Of AMAZING..Very Friendly Staff. However There Was One Young Lady That Stood Out …..Cari!! Cari Was Extremely Helpful With My Needs. We Ended Up Having A Great Conversation ,She Was Avery Energetic, Encouraging,And Helpful.
My experience today was great ! It was rocky in the beginning ! But than a young lady CARIAA stepped in she was all over the store working both sides and answering questions as best she could with so many people waiting in line she got her line down to check customers in and helped me completely! she found the battery I needed because I wasn’t sure which one to get !! i’m not car savvy so I appreciate her also she checked me out and saved me money when I brought my old battery in ! Also i know now to leave the kids at home because I was told their not allowed on the yard ! So I wasnt able to check for parts but I left with a new battery !

Deceptive business practices. Confirmed the color code of the fender prior to purchase, noted light scratches. Part is completely different shade, the "light scratches" as described are failing clear coat and trying to save money I ended up with a part that I'll need to repaint. Waste of time, money and resources. Ignored follow up email after the part was received.

After a google search for an engine, it led me to Martins. I am in Maryland. So, I was really taking a risk buying the engine. However, these guys were completely honest about everything. They only charged half of what others were charging! They even helped me save on the shipping. The engine purrs like a kitten. Would definitely recommend these guys. Saved me thousands!
