Difficult situation when you get in an accident bad enough to totally scrap your beloved auto. They were really good and kept in excellent contact every step of the way. We had a difficult process as another member of my family was the owner so there was overnight mail etc but they were very knowledgeable and informative and kept us informed every step of the way. If you need some 1996-1999 Subaru legacy parts or good tires,rims, doors, glass,etc go now! Ït only had 2 owners and all servicing was done at the right times! oil change every 3k. The engine is probably still fine its the electrical system that got bashed in on front

Very quick, more money than towing it to the used parts places and I didn't have to worry about towing it. Helped me with a lost title issue and easily changed pick up time when I was running late to meet them. Losing my car was hard but they made it the least stressful as possible. These guys have there thing set to open and can't even pick up the phone, ive called them multiple times, and still no answer or phone is getting forwarded. if you are closed please change your website to closed instead of saying it's open
I found this place about 2 years ago and continually come back because the people who run this place are nice, respectful and always helpful! They answer any questions I've ever had and never treated me any sort of way because I'm a girl.. They carry a diverse line of vehicles.. and have even had told to buy when I forgot mine. They also have an area with pre-pulled parts if you cannot do it yourself. Parts are reasonably priced so you won't feel bad when leaving an armload of parts to fix your rig.

I would like to do more business with them but they are usually more expensive than other salvage yards and sometimes more than new stuff online. If I can get free shipping then I usually buy online just because of the cost. I guess if I need it today or tomorrow then I'll pay more. I got this fender from them for $50.
