I called and compared prices from about 10 junk car companies, Sam not only price-matched my highest offer, but then offered me even more on top. I just had a same-day free pick up and max amount of cash that I could've gotten for the car. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I’ve came here for years with no issue. Was charged for items incorrectly. Showed receipt a couple minutes later. Nobody could fix the issue because I didn’t pay extra for warranty. Not getting a warranty should not make it so you are unable to fix other issues. They changed their business practices. Buyers beware, if you don’t get the warranty they won’t help you with anything.

Douglas arrived on time. He called me to give me a 30 minute notice. He and the phone operator both let me know the 3 things I needed to make this process quick and easy: 1. Title, 2. Key, and 3. My ID, letting me know I'd have cash for myself. Douglas was friendly, courteous, patient, and straight to the point. I would recommend them to anyone!
