First time using this place. Get weighed in and guy says he'll radio someone to come help. We had a 5x8 trailer loaded with random stuff. Thanked him and headed to unload. No one came to help. We ended up doing it all ourselves. Weighed 1480 and got $89. When checking out mentioned we had more stuff and we'd have to cut it down so we could handle it. Lady inside says how all we have to do is ask and they'd help. We'll, why did no one come assist this time when it was told we'd get it? Leaving before us was a semi who didn't check his trailer before he left. Had stuff dangling over the side. Hope no one got hurt from it.

I called DC Junk cars late afternoon and they were there early the next day. They were polite and professional. Very easy to work with. My junker car is gone! Thank you!

I don’t think the scale works . I was quoted 400lbs when the steel was closer to 200lbs . I have felt with royal street junk many times in the past but after my last experience with them I won’t be coming back. Kinda shady
