A few years ago they agreed to salvage our Town and Country with multiple blown gaskets, no AC, and other issues for $250 based on some new parts it had, including what I thought were 1/2 worn tires and the fact that I could drive it to them rather than having them pick it up with a wrecker (which is what they normally do). When we got there he showed me that the tires were considerably more worn that I thought, which was a little embarrassing. In the end he decided to pay us the full $250, for which I was very grateful. (It saved me having to explain the difference to my wife, who was there waiting to drive me home.) So, If you want to send your business to someone who is fair, honest, and not trying to take advantage of you, this definitely the place to go. I haven't bought parts through them, but its nice to see from the other review that they also do that part well.

Id give them a 0 if I could. They told us that the motor was good and it ran but when we went to put it in there was no compression. We called them and told them and they will not give us any money back, or replace the engine.

Very quick and helpful service. Didn't have a used rim for my tire but had a new one in stock at a reasonable price.

I can see there are some mixed reviews, but I would recommend everyone check it out for yourself. I had a nice experience at the U-Pull side and wish I spent more time checking it out. It's gonna be a bit more spread out than you're used to and you should wear boots as there was alot of mud, but the cars I went to had alot of good parts on them. They aren't lifted up, so depending on what you need, it may not work. There were some older cars there too, which was neat. Didn't have enough time, but will be back. Prices were nice too.

Called asking about cab mount bolts and bushings. Employee told that they don't mess with bolt or anything. Quality customer service. For a 10 minute job that I would have paid 50 or 75 buck for bolt...

My daughter was in an accident on a sunday evening. Andrew showed to tow her car. I was completely at a loss with what to do given my daughters car has liability insurance given insurance rates are so high for young drivers. Andrew was nothing short of amazing. He stayed in contact with me and made a bad situation not so terrible. I am so grateful he showed to that accident and was able to help get her back on the road within a few days without taking my life savings. I am happy to have a new contact for car repairs.
