An absolute horror! Ordered engine for Audi A6. It was low mileage and according to them in perfect condition. After payment was received it took a week to ship it. Later we understood why. The engine was from heavily damaged car and piece of block where engine mount bracket is bolted was broken. They JB welded it and painted that side of block. Seriously!!! Upon receiving the engine and once noticed their petty attempt to hide an obvious problem we informed them and ask for a solution. Been told that they will send us another lower mileage engine but it will take about 2-3 weeks to ship it. Car had to be released from insurance. So we waited. The second engine arrived and even before unwrapped it we knew that something was very wrong. Engine sat on its flywheel and pulley was totally corroded. Removed the wrap just to find out that they sent us a CORE!!! They didn’t even bother to remove “FOR PARTS” written on rear chain cover. I am trying to upload a photos but the system is screwed. We refused to receive engine and told them they can have it back. We also informed them that we will send them first engine at our own cost. After we got confirmation from shipper that engine was delivered we tried to call them for refund. Well guess what? We called from different phone numbers but it seems like they blocked whole 403 area code. So after two months of torture we spent around 950$ on extra fees and expenses and we have no engine. We had a great time and $2 mission is so worth it we got to walk around and look at all the cars and all the history of their crashes. Makes you wonder the story behind every crash. And then of course I got my $200 blower motor for 25 bucks got to love that.

What was a terrible morning with a broken back trunk on my tow behind smart car the day of an RV trip was saved by Mo and his team at M-Tech. Called. They confirmed they physically had the part - not just guessed - and gave me a very reasonable price. I turned up, got friendly service and the correct part. If every parts broker was like this fixing cars would be easy!

Even though AH Parts sent me the wrong part, they sent it to me fast and in plenty of bubble wrap. And when I explained it to them; they realized their mistake and offered me a full refund with no obligation to ship it back to them. Their warranty policy, return policy and customer service are top notch and I would happily do business here again. Thanks again

Your first time? The guys that work here are so helpful. Very professional and help in anyway they can to find what your looking for. It is a first come first pick off from the vehicle and lots of parts to look for. Unfortunately the car parts I needed got salvaged so fast they came in the day before and when I came in first thing morning it was down to the frame already. Good luck part hunting. Oh and make sure you bring your own tools to remove parts. Also, admission fee to enter as well.
