I wish there was a rating with less than one star. This company is terrible, we purchase a motor from them that was supposed to come with transmission and bell housing and a 60 day warranty. It came without the bell housing or the transmission and it was damaged because the shipped incorrectly. We have tried over and over to reach them, when we do they say that they will check and call back, they never call back. Today they said they will not honor warranty and if we had a problem with that to call their attorney. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with company.

Beware this company scams!!! I did give a five star rating when i bought my car I was very pleased at the time. When i asked for my title they were the owners on it, they never submitted my information for owning the vehicle at the dmv, though I paid in full the money fees and taxes for the vehicle upfront. I will never go here again and be careful

Traveling back home to Florida and had trouble. We all have had stories of mechanics gauging out of town or out of state people. Oscar was polite, friendly, and showed his expertise fixing our vehicle in a timely manner. And the price was fair. Thanks!

I wish I knew her name. She’s the sweetest and funny. She went over and beyond to find what I needed. Even though it wasn’t found, she didn’t give up trying. Awesome customer service.

Have visited 'Pick-n-Pull' several times over the years. Friendly staff. Sarah was very courteous and professional. Descent pricing on parts. Great hours of operation. Be prepared to sign waiver. Sometimes their inventory is a bit off but they've always had what I was looking for. Their yard seem to well organized and grouped by manufacturer make. If you're going to be awhile I would suggest wearing a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen and bring water. Will return.

Not worth dealing with remotely. I called regarding a wheel. I specifically asked if the chrome was good on the wheel and was told it was. I paid full price including a scam core charge. I received the wheel and the chrome was gouged in multiple areas. I requested an adjustment and was denied. They offered a refund if I ate the shipping both ways. Just avoid this hole. Keep your offer and your lack of customer service. I gave you the chance to make it right.
