Very amazing customer service even though the reason why I came here was traumatic very heartbreaking the pain of losing a loved one due to a car accident it's not something that I wish on my worst enemy but I appreciate you for allowing me to be able to reflect over the last minutes of my loved ones life and letting me know how dangerous a vehicle can really be I pray you never meet this man but if you do he treats you very nicely very understanding and will explain anything to you.

Very fast and professional. Only disconnect was between the scheduled pick up date and the tow company. Tow company was quick and professional.
Never used their service and never will. Had one of their drivers on 10 /17/18 around 7:15 am cut me off repeatedly while driving their huge wrecker like it was a sports car dipping in and out of traffic on 85 South. The most irresponsible driving I have seen in a long time of a vehicle that large. If they employ drivers that care so little of the safety of not only themselves but of other drivers on the road I shudder to think of the concern and handling that they have while towing a customer's vehicle. There are too many wrecker services to choose one that has bad drivers.
The owner may be kind of short with you on the phone bc he prefers someone to come and see for themselves what he has. I think this has a lot to do with how busy he is. If you come to this shop actually needing something to get your wheels rolling again he really can be the best out there at understanding and helping you in a tight. When I call he always tells me to come and see what they have. The old man removing the parts don't much want to help a whole lot but just ignore his bad day and let him know everything you want off the vehicle and he will reluctantly ask the owner over his 2 way radio about it! It may not be the most friendly business on a personal level but he's there to make money not to accommodate your emotions. He has helped me WAAAY more than anyone else on his pricing and I'll always go here first. Business not emotions!!

I would recommend Don's Wrecker Service. Prices are very reasonable driver was very courteous and major polite.
Filled out the required forms online and was contacted by phone before even finishing. I was made a good offer on the vehicle I was trying to sell/recycle and was taken care of and had a set pickup time within 30min or less of starting the process. They came and got the car within a couple of days like we had talked about and the transaction was quick and smooth. Everyone I talked to on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable of the process and the individuals who picked up the car were very polite and professional as well. I had a great experience from start to finish and already have another pick up scheduled with them. Very good business from start to finish!! 5 stars from me!! Thanks for the help
