I have been going to these guys for years with consistent positive interactions. They are straight shooters and get right to the point. Their prices are great with no corporate sharks dictating prices. I have been to many yards that charge near retail, Hilltop maintains scrapyard tradition of the supplying people with parts that can actually save them $. Many times they will go out of their way to either get the part for you, or let you go on a hunt for that part yourself (which is more fun). Keep on doing what you're doing.
Great experience with hilltop. I had a vehicle that needed to be brought in because a guy refused to pay me for it after 3 weeks. I was leery of driving it there because it needed brakes so I had them pick it up at his house. I showed up with keys and title they loaded it paid me cash and off I went. Thank you so much! And paid me a fair price.

Drove 2 hours for a bad-finish replacement wheel isted as "$40 actual" online, but when I get there, it is disclosed that's there is a $20 core charge. It doesn't even make sense; if you're going to rehab a wheel, use the one you have. Drove back home empty-handed. $60 for a curb-rashed wheel is a nonsense price.
Went online and filled out the form with my vehicle details. Received an online quote for $350.00. Hit the submit button to accept the offer but it stayed on that page. So I called instead and spoke to a representative about the car, gave him the exact same information I gave online and was only offered $300.00. I asked why there was a discrepancy and he could not give me a valid reason, only stating 'take it or leave it'.

I came in with bald tires about to pop and saw really good tread on tires on a totaled 07 Ford Escape that fit my 99 Mountaineer, and although I did have to call 5 different phone numbers to get in touch with somebody, they came out to see me immediately once I did. I paid a great price for the 4 tires and rims, and they installed them without any question at all to see if they'd fit. They seemed to fit, I paid in cash and they told me, quote, "Go a few miles down the road, and if anythings wrong, come back and we'll make it right." When's the last time you heard THAT from a business? I went down the road a few miles, noticed a rim in the front was bent. Unfortunately I took too long and they went back to the shop, so I called them. They drove all the way back to the salvage yard AGAIN and took them all off, put the tires on my old rims, and put em back on. This is literally the best auto experience I've ever had. I just got charged $226 for a $20 serpentine belt to be installed, and they didn't even weave the belt through my tensioner. It really shows you how messed up business and integrity has actually gotten, but certainly makes you appreciate the FEW and FAR inbetween places that truly care, regardless of who leaves some stupid review or tells their friends. Amazing guys, rough around the edges but they WILL take care of you.
⚠️TERRIBLE AND VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I simply asked them some questions on the phone about towing my truck. I was told it would take 43 minutes and the shop was only 15 minutes away from where my truck stopped. I was the only truck on the side of the road and the driver drove right pass me. When he came back and gave an estimate he automatically told me he would be charging me for two hours. My father stated that it was a bit high when the shop was only 15 minutes away. When I mentioned we would need to be towed the driver was rude. Slamming doors all because we questioned the price and how long it took. I didn’t say anything but was told he should’ve charged me more to drive back to the office. ❌❌DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE MISTREATED..
