These guys are truly awesome went above and beyond to help me with my battery, and had impeccable customer service! 10/10 reccomend!

I came in looking for a passenger side mirror, which I knew was an inexpensive part. I was told it would be 60 dollars for the part and 40 dollars for removal, (which took me 5 minutes to do on my own truck). I would have liked to give them my business but the price I was given felt insulting, especially considering I just purchased the part for 34.98 including shipping and handling. Perhaps mine was an uncommon experience but it’s worth noting.

I arrived at noon to search for a used part for my vehicle. There were a lot of customers but there was still plenty of parking available. When I came in the door, I was quickly greeted by friendly staff. I mentioned what I was looking for, and that I had never been there before. Staff member briefly and clearly explained the process of entering the yard, and finding parts. The entire yard was mapped out clearly, and easy to navigate. I had a small container with a few tools, that was briefly inspected on my way in, and on my way out, which is customary. Admission to the yard was $3 and is good for the entire day, with proof of payment at entry. At my request, the staff gladly gave me a price for the part that I was searching for, before I went in the yard. Overall, the staff was friendly, the yard was organized, and salvage cars were parked neatly in rows, that were easy to navigate and access. To be well prepared, you can even look at their website, and see what cars they have in the yard that might be compatible with your search. I found this feature to be very useful. I would gladly go to this business again.

When I called Willie about 7:30 pm, he came right over, gave me a great price for my car and all done in less than 10.minutes. So thankful I found him on Google search. Polite, friendly, and was a huge blessing. Would recommend him highly!

I’ve came here for years with no issue. Was charged for items incorrectly. Showed receipt a couple minutes later. Nobody could fix the issue because I didn’t pay extra for warranty. Not getting a warranty should not make it so you are unable to fix other issues. They changed their business practices. Buyers beware, if you don’t get the warranty they won’t help you with anything.

This is a good place to go get some used car parts. They have most anything you want or need. They're really friendly people so go check them out.

Update: I arrived here at 4pm to look for a mirror for my car. I apparently ticked off this worker at the entrance window. Telling me they usually push people out by that time and told me to hurry up with an attitude. Very rude and come to find out. I completely wasted my time and $5 to discover the mirror I was looking for was destroyed. Rather just buy online or at your local car parts store. Thank You, Matt and Donna for the exchange in my rear bumper cover. I finally found the exact one that fits my car. Friendly and Great service at the new renovated PYP Auto Parts.

I recently purchased a battery that is supposed to come with a lifetime warranty. It lasted a few days and I came back to hopefully get a good one and since I lost the receipt even though the battery was freshly marked with a sticker and I showed my bank transaction for the purchase I was told I have to buy a new one. Asked to speak to the manager and he wasn’t helpful at all and rude. Usually I’d never make a bad review but i feel like I was treated unfair over a battery that comes with a warranty that only worked for a few days
