Spoke to a gentleman regarding a question I had for a part that we had returned. He stated he “didn’t control that” and slammed the phone down to hangup on me. Blatant disrespect from this company. Will never use or recommend them to anyone.

All of the employees there were extremely helpful, nice and patient with me. Especially from being out of state amd this was my first time visiting this scrap yard. They did an amazing job and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

I work for an automotive repair shop and always use Wayne's Auto Salvage as our go to salvage yard. They have all kinds of parts and are pretty good with deliveries. Spencer is my go to guy. He is super helpful and really cares about the quality of the parts that he sends out and the satisfaction of the customer. He goes above and beyond to make the experience an easy, pleasant one!! The food lion all your basic everyday needs. They are not a discount store but I like the hometown feel. There are a wide variety of products from fruit to picnic items. The folks are very nice and they keep the store clean and well stocked.

The process could be better but other than that it's one of these best places to take your scrap. I made $70 for some scrap I thought I would only get $20 for. The service was quick and the staff was knowledgeable.
