Everyone is nice and friiendly. I call they have the part and it's done. Easy in easy out. Prices are much better than most.
They are good people, it's nice going to a family owned business, been buy-in parts off him for years not to mention he's bought a couple 3 cars off of me as well

Brothers auto salvage is great with setting expectations as far as timing and very respectful, having guys show up at your house to make a purchase can put you on edge. But, as my character is I started to ask questions pertaining to the business and there ownership to find the legitimacy of the business and their dealings. Everything by was honest great price agreed upon and flatbed truck and driver showed up timely once purchase was made. Louis the owner is a nice guy very good communicative skills and he has his guys organized! If you have a vehicle that doesn’t run and are tired of working on it and spending coins that are hard earned call Brothers’s Auto salvage!

I had a terrible experience trying to return a bad engine today. As soon as I walked to the counter. I asked (Von) as he calls himself. If I could make a return on my locked up engine. He instantly looked at me. And said do you have a receipt? With a face as if I was bothering him. I said yes and he viewed the receipt. Then says the warranty is out of date isn’t it?. Then he realized he was off on his days and it was still covered. Then says let me see the engine. I showed him the engine. He told me to wait while he went to watch the cameras. I felt like I was being played against the warranty I was paying for at this point. 15 minutes later. He comes rolling out to my truck. Basically glances at the engine and says yea I can’t return this. I asked why he said that paint doesn’t look like mine on the engine block. I then tell him to possibly check the vin. He looks at the engine walks back into the little trailer. Comes back out. Hands me my receipt. Then basically says. Im not returning the engine. The vin doesn’t match the car. I was very confused at this. I asked him if the engine could’ve possibly been changed at some point in the car that I pulled the engine from causing some vin to not match. That I’m not sure if he even verified. He tried everything under the sun to not refund me for this blown up engine. If you want great service go to 111 Salvage. They treat you with respect and not as a criminal. I will be pushing this issue further!
Helpful staff. Large yard. 2 dollar entrance. Could be more organized for the customer. Some yards have row and lit numbers for vehicles matching your search. Here it is organized by make and model but I spent more time trying to find the vehicle I needed than removing the part and checking out
Great service and their prices was the best in town. Thank you James it was really nice dealing with you.
Very high quality parts, priced right and shipped to your barn in the middle of nowhere in just a few days. Super impressed!!! Amazing customer service

They just came and picked the car up. The tow driver was very nice. He was professional and did his job very well. He also came quickly. No Hassle. Most definitely glad I chose this company to go with.
IHM saves tons of money and time when you need used parts. Chris is very helpful and his knowledge of the industry is incredible.
