I have tried to get AAA for three days and they have been overwhelmed with calls and couldn't help me. My car wouldn't start but was parked at my home and therefore not a priority. Understandable. My insurance agency recommended Fat Boys. I called them and the wonderful man (wish I had asked for his name) was at my house within 20 minutes. He called to let me know that he was on his way. The way the van was parked in my driveway meant that he may have to drive on the grass but he made sure it was alright with me. He managed to get to the van without having to drive over the lawn. He was very courteous and friendly. He also took pictures of the van which was smart. I was able to pay with credit card and they e-mailed me my receipt instantly. A great experience and I'm very thankful for the quick and professional service they provided.
Flat tire. We are older senior citizens and changing tires is difficult for us.The service person was very helpful and put my husband at ease. On time and efficient. Promised calls happened. We are very pleased and grateful for their service
I needed to sell my 10 year old car before an interstate move. Before the move, I started having some electrical issues which would drain the battery. I decided to just sell my car as is, and Cash for Cars gave the highest quote and provided a seamless, thorough experience. I started the process of contacting them on a weekend and, by Tuesday, my car was sold and I had a check in hand! Excellent experience.
Everything went great until I repeat until I was left with a check that I wasn’t able to cash the same day. I received the check. No one bothered to tell me there was just gonna be a 2 to 3 day. Hold on the check. There was not a two or three day hold on me, giving up the car after you receive the title and I did not appreciate that. That was poor customer service. Someone should’ve told me from the beginning that the check I would be receiving would not be able to be cashed until two or three days afterwards because I definitely would have not done the business with this company. If I gave up the car, I expect to be paid on site . Would not recommend them to somebody else.
My papaw used them and i still do. reasonable personable and they go out of their way to find what you need. you pull or for a fee they will. need any old part for your ride then give them a call first.

They gave me a great price on my broken car (engine died). They had a tow truck out to meet my car just a few days after initial contact. A half hour later they had the car and I had a check. All very easy. If I have a car in the future that dies, I’ll be contacting these guys.

Was nervous doing this online with a company I hadn't heard of. Especially when it came to whether or not they were going to give me what they said they would on the phone. All went smoothly. Anthony was very helpful and had a kind demeanor. Check cleared same day. $1189 for 2015 Caravan(2/23/23) w/100k mi that had front end body damage and damaged control arms. Still ran fine. Airbags deployed, which are $3k just in parts. Another 4-7k for the body work wasn't worth it to me. Thanks!

We got stuck out of town from Ohio. The young man who towed our vehicle was amazing; however, we were never informed that our vehicle was done. We just happened to stop on our way up north to get some things out of the car before heading home. Needless to say, your receptionist is not good at her job and should be informed of what it cost us because of her negligence.
